Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay! the breakfast was scrumptious and well-presented. the rooms were lovely and clean with beautiful surroundings, it felt like a little slice of paradise. the staff were very accommodating and always ready to help with any queries. the location was perfect, with quick access to great restaurants and tourist attractions.

Loved the food at their on-site restaurant Maxims. We took a queen room and it had climate control, a sitting area and a work desk. It was GREAT time in Tzaneen.

We stayed here for Christmas and the beds were really comfortable. , the garden was beautiful and well-maintained, which gave a relaxing atmosphere to our stay. the location was perfect: close to a restaurant within walking distance and a few shops. The hostess was exceptionally helpful and understanding.

The overall experience wasn't amazing. The biggest issue was the lack of privacy in the bedroom due to the staircase being in front of the window, which meant keeping the curtains closed for privacy made us feel like we were staying in a dungeon.

Spotless and comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden, perfect base for exploration.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, the hostess impressed me with her attentiveness and helpfulness. the room was not only clean but also luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the garden area was beautifully maintained, adding to the serene and peaceful atmosphere. A restaurant within walking distance was a nice touch, serving delicious food with excellent service. it was a wonderful stay that fulfilled all my luxurious needs.

Although everything at this hotel was exceptional, there was one minor issue with the breakfast. the voucher provided was insufficient to cover the cost of an equivalent breakfast to what was offered.
